Pre-Releases At Wigan - Tailor Made Exposure ?
Not now but I had an acetate of Doris Jones - He's So Irreplaceable which was ten times better than the version that got released, mentioned it to Ian and he agreed that the released version wasn't the best.

Another Coasters Crazy Baby Query
If it's styrene I'd have thought it would have to have a correct Delta number, not the same markings as the vinyl copy.

Mel Torme - Comin Home Baby, Etc..earliest Records Played?
No no no, the Barron Knights version is the cool one to have actually I'm semi-serious, it's a great version, British R&B before they were a comedy group. I've got a female version credited to Marie Knight but I don't think it's her really, anyone know?

I've got a tape with John Vincent playing Doomsday and LJ Johnson - Magic Put A Spell. In fact I think it's still up on my mixcloud page, 23/9/75 2nd anniversary

It's the playing on it, they sound demented, really really giving it some. Wonder if there's a long lost vocal somewhere.

You're totally misunderstanding what I meant, what I meant was that I would have listed Bari Track immediately but whenever we've done the topic before, I always list it, so thats what I meant when I said people would get fed up of seeing me list it. Hope that makes sense. Nothing to do with you listing it.

Probably because the topic has been done several times before...people fed up of me saying the best instrumental ever is Bari Track followed by Exus Trek, Frantic Escape and The Champion.

I sold mine last week. I can't believe I sold it. But I wasn't in a position to turn down £75. Though this week I would have been in a position to turn down £75. Won't see another copy of that in the

Jimmy Wisner - Choppin' Around - Atlantic. Barely known by anyone nowadays. Old John Vincent cover up. Incredible.

Had a few copies of Paradox but I also discovered the vocal version! (Cue: no you didn't, it was played in 1972)

I've got something of value - male singer, can't remember the name, definitely not Del Royals and Barkley didn't come out til 79. Contenders correct. Tommy Hunt was played for ages before it was released and was a huge, huge record at the Casino.

Wigan Rejects
I never knew that! In fact I've never heard of it. Learn something every day here. Not sure about The Admirations, thought 76 was slightly early for that, don't remember it til mid 77 but could be wrong.

Not Kelly Garrett but the Blues Busters in fact.

Customs Charges From Outside Eu
I agree with you. That is absolutely disgraceful. Trouble is, how can you get anyone to investigate this sort of thing - local MP? $30 is only about £23 isn't it, how they can charge what they do is beyond me, and why have they put up the handling charge from £8 to £13?
