Ever Had Someone Refuse To Sell You 45's?
You don't get anywhere on this scene without being nice to people. It's no big deal doing favours for people, whether that means giving them a record they can't afford, letting them pay months later, starting funds to save peoples houses whatever, but it all comes around and that's why people always help me out when I'm in trouble, and that's fairly frequently! 50p??? I'd have let you off that AND made sure you'd got money for breakfast!

Eli Paperboy Reed
Agreed. And what makes me laugh, there's a link to a new release Beres Hammond track on here which people are raving about, it's as dull as anything I've ever heard and a complete waste of vinyl, this Eli Paperboy Reed record leaps out of the speakers and is fresh as a daisy. If there has to be such a thing as Modern NORTHERN Soul, why can't this be it?

Is This Another Gloria Jones Boot
it's a bootleg - it's worth about a tenner. It says buy it now FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS or 'make your best offer' so I just offered him £5 Please, someone else make him some derisory offers, £500 for f*cks sake

Jingle Jangle Betty Boo
I'm really interested to see Sam has it covered up as Betty Boo - I had it covered as being by a male vocalist! Sam's is the copy I had, JM sold it for me. I knew from the start that this would sound awesome if played out loud. Kitch has a copy of a different take apparently.

High-Voltage..........country Roads
High Voltage - Country Road - what a fantastic record - don't know if anyone's ever noticed this but there are two different demos, the usual one and a second one which has RUSH RELEASE printed on the label, I've only had one of the second type.

Online Northern Soul Price Guide
I think this is a good idea because it seems to be up to date as to what's sold on Ebay as opposed to Popsike which is always running late and is also selective about what it displays.
