  3. Bit of an understatement there Mark - the Philips demo is one of the hardest of all UK 45's. I've never had one, I've seen one in the flesh. It was always known as one of the rare UK pieces, even back in the late 70's. And you can't pick an issue up for 75 nowadays.

    Well they did at the time because they were so hard to find - it's hard to believe that something like "Please let me in" was once so hard to get that it was bootlegged.

  24. Which only a few would have heard of and would sell about 10 copies if published. The book is a good representation of the northern scene and at least 300 of those top 500 should be in there
