  1. Just picked up Satin - 'Give all Your Love to Me' on Good Records, great track! Ive got the Shell release Satin - Your Love has got me, which I'm sure is Lennie Satin who did 'Homebound', 'Somebody Help Me' and 'Say You Will' on FIP and Shell respectively, both out of Chicago... Now when I listen to 'Give all Your Love to Me' I hear a different vocal on that track..... Ive asked Paul B who I bought it off, but thought I'd put it out to everybody.. How many Satins are there? I knew it was limited, remember when it came out..but what can you do. happy to put it out there, and if anybody wants to come back with a reasonable price I'm all ears, but its not worth hundreds of pounds, thats my view and I'm sticking to it...we can argue the toss on this 'Other' thread cant we.... ~ Laughs...   6. anybody got the Kent sampler, that featured 'Gentry - This Is My Chance'? Might have been 10 or 12", cant remember... also an LP of Detroit stuff that came out in the late 8ts/early 9ts, has a never issued version of I'm Human too by Clifford Binns on it, Carrie LP, that was it, lots of Unissued Detroit Northern.. Gene flogged on on here couple years back for £30... malcolm

  17. this is something nice, on Aussie Coral, the only way to get a 7" release of Jackie Wilson - Open the Door to your Heart is on the Coral EP 'Since you showed me how to be Happy', but it also made the Coral LP 'Higher & Higher' just bought two of his LP's in fact the other being 'Sweetest Feeling'... nice demo sticker on that as well.. From my i-Tunes, have the Copa and SS7 releases on 45, the freestyle 45 is well over a decade later than anything on there.. and the DMD release very early, Dunno I reckon they are the same group but different line up's... Sure there are heavier weight record Hounds on here that can tell you what they had for breakfast and which year.... I just love their music..
