This has happened to me 3 times in last few months Records packaging not sturdy enough (cardboard envelopes with one stiffener) two were refunded,other royal mail claim but having said that the majority i recieve are well packaged Steve.

Well put ,been saying this for a while now original Vinyl so many records to choose from Would this mean less Djs thus less venues Steve A.

The Venue in Belle Vue was the Elizabethan Hall, the Carousel Club was just down the road from Belle Vue on plymouth grove Steve A.

Totally agree with you mate, what iv'e been trying to get across to some people for ages but i think it's a losing battle, too many want to take the easy option IMHO for what it's worth Steve A

The point i was trying to get across was would the C I S event have taken place on the First Friday, if Prestwich would have been on as it usually is the other 11 months of the year. Just passionate about our venue that's all Regards Steve.

After running this venue for many years & always being on the first friday EVERY MONTH the C I S decide to run an allnighter in greater manchester . This had the effect of being the least turn out EVER for a soul nite at Heywood Many thanks Steve A.
