Cecil Womack RIP
I remember that one getting spins Jock. Seems to be the only news lately is bad news concerning the singers and acts we all follow. RIP Cecil.

On Top Of The World - The Stafford All-Nighters Podcasts
Thanks Pete. I'm useless at putting into words what I want to say so i think the music tells it much better Once complete I will hopefully do some sort of lengthy article, maybe with Dave Thorley's help. There so many more records yet to come. Loads for Guy, I haven't even started with Pat Brady and loads of records from the era I can't seem to pin to any particular DJ. I think this podcast is number 32, all one hour and over and at least a dozen more to come yet. Maybe I'll stop at 50

Loughborough Town Hall All-Nighter Late 70's
Bob Gair (theothertosspot) has this recording of Loughborough Town Hall he made in the top room at the venue. He asked me to convert to digital and here it is for your listening pleasure. Haven't had time to write out the track list so if someone wishes to oblige it would be appreciated. Richard Searling the main DJ, not sure who follows, could be Sam? Sure someone will spot who it is for sure? Cheers Bob https://www.mixcloud.com/Chalkster/loughborough-town-hall-all-nighter-late-70s/

you said it was a big tune for Karl before any of us lot even thought about it which isn't quite true is it, it was already a big tune before karl played it and had been for many years. I don't care how many venues you've been too either.

There is none Phil you have to type out the text. It is a good record but like any other very wanna be DJ has to have it and hammer it to death. it is a guaranteed floor filler, nice and safe like most DJs and promoters like it.

Harvey Averne
It's an overplayed oldie over here as well.

Whose you lot? There must have been a lot of places you didn't go to until you heard Karl cause you keep making these daft comments.

Rare Soul Deejay Butch 1991 Yarmouth
Can't help at he minute, can't play the YouTube video on iPad. Maybe Kevin can put these two on mixcloud as well, can hear them no problem.

Wants - Timewasters
Well let the steam off on the feedback system, either that or bang your head on a wall.

Whatever it was I didn't reckon much to it, might have been Ginger that played it?

I heard its premier at Radcliffe. Think that was it's first play. Anyway, I thought it was just average and more of a novelty being an unreleased female. Not a patch on Luther.

Is the unreleased track Neil Rushton sourced last year?

Rare Soul Deejay Butch 1991 Yarmouth
Is it Nogger that follows Butch, sure I heard his name mentioned somewhere in the recording, will have to listen again.
-
Rare Soul Deejay Butch 1991 Yarmouth
Yes. But I think it's great.

Wants - Timewasters
This topic must be the new OVO bootleg, oldies vs. newies topic. Just leave them negative feedback if they p*ss you off. That's been the advice since the feedback system was introduced. Do something about it and leave negative feedback, if you don't do something then IMO you have no cause for complaint. Let others know who the time wasters are!
