  1. Tomangoes isn't shuffling round a few bars, totally unreleased material. But even with the deferent takes the artist is getting some money and due recognition, they love it.
  2. be sure to say hello Ken
  3. I probably expect too much when I go out. I do try and be very choosey now
  4. I've not seen the look a like before, the other is certainly a boot
  5. Terribly sad. For all its faults it is a scene I love dearly, I hate to see the way it is portrayed and hijacked.
  6. When did I say that? I've been out twice a month since started new job
  7. What reissue? Thought they were bootlegs?
  8. 99.9% are not new to the scene though and the record is on so many Djs playlists. Each to their own at the end of the day, I was expressing my opinion on a forum for discussion at the end of the day.
  9. Let me think about it………err no 😂. You’ll be fine mate.
  10. Well I’m glad I’m not following Alan 😂 Looking forward to the night and spinning a few again. We best get there early Simon 👍
  11. My comment wasn’t aimed your way mate or anyone in particular. It is just another of those records you hear too much IMO, records do need a rest especially when the pool is it seems for choice is diminishing All good here! Like wise I hope and your good Lady. The price for CH has been heading north for some time now, previously fetched four figures or very close.
  12. If I didn’t hear Gene Toones for ten years it wouldn’t bother me. A great record hammered to death.
  13. 🙄out of the bag? It hasn't been underground for decades, the last proper underground period was probably the 80s
  14. When you remember to take them 🤪

  16. I didn't start it that was Andy & Mick, I promoted it for them and Djed at every night bar two.
  17. you'll have to play it -10 🤣 I did have a go last time Saus played it a few years ago 🥵
  18. Seen a few in recent times, one not so long ago that went fairly cheap. Can't say I've ever heard anyone else play it out though? Heard it on a couple of radio shows.
  19. Truly remarkable book. It does say on the listing they may not ship to the UK and to contact the seller. Shame they can't set up a download?
  20. and he got his answer
  21. I don't know what they are flapping about for either, if this is the highlight of Djs sets then they need to take a good look at themselves. It's a played out hammered to death oldie. No wonder the scene is stale and getting boring.
  22. Looking forward to the releases. James Lately and the Tomangoes are just fantastic Just great to see the reactions of those involved with these releases as well, what it is all about really
  23. One of the best Northern records EVER, Butch's Del-Larks
  24. On this weeks show Dean is in conversation with Richard Searling.
