I can tell you that 39 years ago last night 14th April 79 . the Elgins appeared at the Casino. How do I know I hear you ask. It was the night that I was meeting up with my absolutely stunning girlfriend Karen and on the way I called into a local pub to see who was going the nighter . Met a female friend Julie who asked where i was heading . She asked me to take her as she had never been a nighter.. walked up the stairs to the top balcony to meet Karen who saw me with this friend Julie . She burst into tears and run off before I could explain. That was the last I ever saw of my model. Often wonder !!! I actually ended up marrying julie. Steve
