so my idea of records on yellow labels wasn't chosen 'Budget Soul sounding like a Million Dollars' is OK by me - I take it it can be in any format then (including CD ) oh and that doesn't mean you can put George Blackwell on because it came from a £10 compilation CD 30 x 20 = 600 tracks whoa baby can't wait Cheers Steve

I agree that everyone who fancies the CD swap should be included rather than the 'lucky' ones who did the first one! I know this causes problems like ' it takes months to work thru them all' etc etc BUT we shouldn't let a little point like this hold us back!

I say, every credit to Mr M.............he's one of, if not the world leader in dealing with Rare Soul! Not all that list is mad either! Seen the Ad Libs sell at over £500 Seen Don Varner sell at over £800 Seen Bill Brandon sell at over £250 (and that's in the last couple of years) It's the old adage, that a record is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it - period! As a collector you want records you own to go up and records you want to be cheap as chips.............but it don't work like that in the real world! Don't know who buys at these auctions BUT like they say, if you want it and you can afford it, then buy it! More power to you Mr Manship Cheers Steve
