Both brilliant dancefloors ( tried em me self ) Fantastic soul records from all genres in both rooms ALL original releases.Sid Jones ..(apologies if i got the surname wrong ) is our guest in the Dolly Room .....he was fantastic in the main room and now being let loose in the "other " room !!! Main Room ......Amy Hodkin ( i put her first cos I love a DJ with the same hair colour as Marge Simpson)........Nigel Grice ...Ian Shaw . No staff .....just the resident eye candies providing authentic Soul food ....Chitlins.....collared greens....gumbo .....ok ok .....Onion rings Chipsticks and mini cheddars ....whaddya want for £6. Summing up ..........6 hours .......6 quid ......hundreds of great Soul tunes and a warm welcome .........Hope to see you there !!xx Bring your own alcoholic beverages ....no bar ...But ALL soft drinks provided. Put simply .....THE BEST SOUL NIGHT TONIGHT !!!!

Our monthly night seems to come round very quickly ......as ever ....Last Saturday of EVERY month !!....Right across the board tunes covering the whole spectrum of Soul !!??? 2 Rooms .......Both with great soundsystems and quality dancefloors !!!! The Dolly Room playing whatever the guests and residents reckon need an airing !!!......and if we've brought it and you request it ....we'll play it.....apart from " The Paino's on my foot " The return of the Mick ...Smith ....Possibly doing a set in both Rooms ???....Really hoping we can wheel Big Jimmy out during his convalescence ( He's in a bad way with his shattered leg and not mending too swiftly !!🤒. The Main Room guest this month is Preston's Alan Gibson.......I will also ask Mr Hutchinson if Dolly can do a spot in the main room ???TBC ??? All Original vinyl !! Bring your own drinks ...save £££££ !!! Free Soft drinks ...water.....Tea and Coffee and snacks ......generously provided by the Sisters Grim (sargh ) !!!🤣 Large free well lit secure carpark.......AND.......was told what a wonderful standard the Ladies bogs are ( Thankyou Bernard for that ?????!!!!!!) The only complaint we've had is people are torn which room to be in !!! Finally taking off as it deserves to ...as any venue playing good tunes should .

The monthly 2 room event on the last Saturday of the month is coming round again!!! 2 Rooms ....2 Dancefloors fillled with Top quality music covering all styles of Soul music . All originals from our diverse selection of residents ....Plus Top Guests each month in both rooms This Month Chic Mullineux with a collection that rivals any DJ in my humble opinion !!!...And Willliam Mailey on in the Dolly Room .......Decisions ...Decisions !!!! Large safe carpark....free soft drinks /tea/coffee/and snacks !!!!.....Bring your own booze.....and dancing shoes !!! £6 gets you in ....2 Rooms ....Best Value event around methinks.....Deservedly gaining in popularity !!! Satrurday 22nd of February.......our usual last Saturday of the month event ....BUT.........BIRTHDAY ALERTS !!!!!!! Mine ....Jimmy Cowburn and Pete Hailes' Birthdays all being celebrated this evening .........7pm start .....Late finish !!!!!😉!!! Two rooms ....both with great dancefloors playing everything covered under the banner of Rare Soul ......Expect RnB ....well known and lesser known classics .......rarities.......right through to Crossover and new releases ...ALL PLAYED ON ORIGINAL RELESASES.!!!!........If you want to hear it ask ....and if we brought it ....we'll play it for you !!! All the usual suspects will be DJing as well as Brent Howarth in the main room and Luci Jones in the Dolly Room xxx....PLUS.......Debuting ....we are pleased to announce Mr Mike Roche......(reluctantly ....but fearing violence from Dolly !!)
