Bobby Womack-not Yet Coverted
Just read the tread about the Bobby and Patti LaBelle track and also remember recently someone on another tread said he just didn't get all the fuss about Womack. So lets convert all the non-believers A one artist tread could be thin but in this case I sujest not. Let be having you fav tracks, sound files, and memories of see him, hearing tracks played out etc. Let the conversion begin. God with a guitar on one hand, and a man with a dark side. I'll kick it off with a few tracks

Bobby Womack & Patti Labele
Like Eddie, this is one of my fav duets. Saw him do it live at Hammersmith the year the LP came out. To die for. Also check out "through the eyes of a child" same lp (Poet 2). Another duet with Patti, come close to the above track and has the added bonus of George Benson on guitar, and great horns from Wilton Felder and Fred Wesley

Soul Yogi-inst Last Heard 76
That could be it, know it was jazz related, although now I think about it, though it was on Verve, same guy that did 'Soul Source'? Where's Jerry he'd remember or Steve Smith Any sound clips might help

Soul Yogi-inst Last Heard 76
Anyone on here help me, in 75/76 used to hear an instrumental played by Blue Max and Kojak called 'Soul Yogi'. Anyone know more, artist etc. Even better a sound clip, I just know this isn't going to sound how I think it did after all these years.
