Just a quickie to illustrate the apparent 3.4% difference in size of the Sun between Perihelion and Aphelion this year , the points in the Earth's orbit when it's at it's closest to and furthest from the Sun. Not strictly accurate as I couldn't get a shot today at Aphelion. 2nd January 2015 24th June 2015

Think it was more a case of DJ's protecting their 'exclusive' sounds rather than a way of avoiding royalties.
