  2. linda is still alive, i think, she resurfaced at the 100 club, about 10 years back. frances, not sure who you mean, was it linda's friend. Keith who, keith dunhill.? if you mean him, he is still around and kicking. but, yes, Norwich was a thriving northern scene back then and would travel at the drop of a hat, they had a close relationship with the cambridge crowd, this did break down for various reasons i won't go into.
  3. Is this the other side of i'm gonna be somebody, someday.? SHEEP

whether is worth £150 or £70, is subjective surely, neither are right and neither are wrong, if the seller wants £150 and the buyer is happy to pay that, end of story. SHEEP

Well I went to the first nighter, which was in the big sports hall, not the smaller next to it. Poke and seem to remember colin curtis or was it kev roberts was there, can't remember which, but first timed aired was - lost summer love, covered as wanda lewis (lorraine silver) and jackie de shannon -love is leading me, both played by a Mr Deller, think the sounds belong to a norfolk boy, which he boroughed from. Be nice to get a sound recording of that night, does anyone have one.? SHEEP

Back in the 70's most northern soul fans were able to walk into a record shop and usually find something or other for 20p, the term northern soul was not know amonst the general public, when looking for british items, used to just say, do you have anything unknown. The finds back them were numerious, far to many to mention, billy harner instr, john ford demo, where do you stop. On the american side turned up a fasinators on bombay for 35p. SHEEP
