I don't think some these auctions would get of the ground with certain records if it wasn't for the pulling power of Facebook, with some of the buyers on fb not having a clue about what is the going rate for the top sounds.

Thank you Josep, Yes it is a great instrumental I used to play it for a friend who would request it at a Sports Social Club I did dj-ing at in the late 1980's he took his dancing seriously he even turned up wearing dancing shoes, which he still does now when I have seen him at some of the Northern Soul events....

I had the Ohio Players Greatest hits album from 1976 land today with Love Slipped Through My Fingers on the playlist, cost me less than thirty quid.

Same here Martyn I have never heard it played out certainly not for many years, hopefully I will get the chance to play it out a few times this year.

Mind blowing amount of money for the Terry Callier - Ordinary Joe 45. I picked up Terry's Occasional Rain Album with Ordinary Joe included for $30 plus post last summer. There is a promo single on Discogs now and that's only £360 plus post.....

I had this Four Tops - If I Were A Carpenter 45 come in the same package with Kelly Garrett, as I had never owned this on a single before, got there in the end.
