    After 45 years Mad Keith a old rocker that takes the spinning class at the Gym has mellowed. What that soul thing you were into at school he said and can you give me some tracks for a spinning class. The stompers are easy, but I'm struggling to find tunes with a change of pace for the sprints. Typically you would warm up with 80% speed then 90% and finally sprint ......to the beat of course. Anyone any recommendations.
