i agree chalks that its fairly common. but like a lot of common northern tunes( ruby andrews, jackmontgomery etc) its the timeless quality of whats in the grooves that keeps selling them. as i said thats my third copy and i only let it go to fund an all time want and i know if i want one back i`ll always get one dave

sold a vg+ copy for £100 just last night. probably worth £150 for a minter. was selling for double 3 or 4 years ago. i did post it in sales for £125 recently and it never sold. hope this helps. either way if it were a soul pack record which my first copy was ( and ive had 3 copies) you `d make a tidy profit if you sell dave
