  3. got a few plays by waggy at the earl of doncaster in the 90`s. i remember seeing at £20 a couple of times around that time. dont know if its gone up in price since then dave
  4. theres also a copy in barnsley in rory sykes collection. he bought it at the hollingwood hotel in chesterfield from blake hellewell mid nineties i think . we had some great nights there. only had a couple of white demo`s lol dave
  5. The last copy wasnt a great copy either.£1500. Surface noise all the way thru and a spot of superglue about 30 seconds from the end

  7. ive had a 45 come thru the post this morning from germany in a jiffy bag, no stiffeners and the record was only in a paper sleeve. how it got here in once piece is a miracle. luckily its vinyl. if it were styrene ther`d have been real tears on my part dave

    it came out in the uk on picadilly in 1966 worth £50/60. the pye copy you seen is german, thats worth around £30 imo. there a couple of pye copies on ebay at the moment as buy it nows but there a bit steep hope this helps a bit dave

  14. the usa reissue 45 of i cant make it anymore was issued in april 1971. it does make you wonder why mgm released. as it wasnt a major hit. if it were stand by me i could understand it. and why put i`m alive on the flip. its certainly a strange one. got a lovely yellow demo copy of the lp. anybody else seen that . the 45 £250 imho dave

  18. didnt johnny manship get a silly price in auction for this some years ago somethin like £900......... sure he did. ive never been a big fan of this. last time i had chance to buy it it was £150 early 2000`s . i bought the ivories instead. not as rare but much much better IMHO dave

  22. the four tracks was never an available record tho greg. things like freddie scott were in every other box you looked in for years. never been the case with four tracks.with this paticular 45 its just a case of having a chance to buy it now when it was out of reach before dave
