  2. i think he means the pink breakthrough copy from 1977 which is a different take. it is legit and was put out by california gold ( worlds funkiest band etc).it appears to be in demand itself and has sold on ebay £75+ half a dozen times.people will make do with it because i think they realise a 60`s orange copy might not come their way dave

  5. USED TO BE CHEAP AS CHIPS IN THE 90`S BUT THEN DISSAPEARED.IT NOW SEEMS TO GATHERING A BIT OF MOMENTUM. £75 IMO BUT THEN AGAIN...................

  9. the truth copy was also issued in 1975 (sept) and for some reason if you dont cheat on me was A side and how can i be a witness B side. atlantic flipped it over when they reissued it in 1976 dave

  11. thats probably where ive seen it. i have a copy of fourth day in about the same shape as the one on ebay maybe a bit better and if someone came to me with £150 i`d be tempted to sell. i think its the commonist of all the tunes with that backing track and certainly should be the cheapest imvho dave
  12. gold of my life all over again isnt it. what is it about these people that makes them think that if they own the recording and put it out in the 60`s. they can do it again in 2010 and still charge top price. deluded or what. i thought it was common knowledge that paul kyser never had any copies of BS when they found him some years ago or was it just the one in not very good nick:g: dave

  15. im sure kev from mansfield (kjw) on here still has a spare copy less than £100. that ebay copy is not in that good a shape either. i think its more desperate people with not enough contacts on this item dave

  18. dont think so dave. just ninandy white demo and purple issue. it used to be real cheap.i got a white demo for a mate a few years ago but it doesnt crop up much today dave

  20. the uk copy is 1972 i think pete.i remember seeing a demo a while back and its a long while after helens. i love helens version. used to have a G & W demo but it went with all the other uk demo`s

  22. yes he certainly gets my vote. i was watching his stuff finishing and people were scrambling for stuff that i have all on getting a fiver for. he sold a james taylor on uk apple a few weeks ago for over £200. if i put mine up for sale it probably wont make £20.i need to know the secret coz mine are certainly in the right catagories dave
