I've had stock and demo copies of this one...a great track that takes me back many, many years to when Kitch (?) once played it at the 100 Club covered up as Hal Miller. Know what you mean about lyrics featuring lines from nursery rhymes...I ususally hate that, but this one only has one line, so it scrapes through my quality control department!

The acetate take also has added motorbike sound effects to give it some real attitude!

Very good...cleaner and crisper than on an original Constellation WD...both sides. The vocals, brass and percussion are all crystal clear, whereas they seem a tad muddy on the USA WD copies. The sax break on ICSI is especially spine-tingling...and yes I found this copy the other week in Tokyo! Value?

Top tuneage both sides So, what's it worth on a UK copy?

It is called, 'I won't cry' and is on some mis-pressed East Coast stock copies...and also on a UK album released in the 70s, wihch concentrates on their Parkway recordings. As with previous comments, the typeface on that bootleg in the pic from the OP gives it away without even having to look at the vinyl/styrene. Such a classic slab of clip-clop N.Soul that I personally never tire of hearing. Here's an original East Coast (Audio Matrix stamped) WD for reference:
