I think it's a great record but I found it did little to the dancefloor. More home listening. Beautiful record though.

VG- Orange JA Amalgamated copy of this rocksteady monster. Looks battered and plays with some noise but music still strong and clear. 'Fine for DJ-ing' to use the classic patter. £80. PO> Cheers Michael that makes sense. Little Stanley Lippett's site puts both releases on Sac Soul as '69 - I'm guessing this is incorrect then and that Little Willie Ross is '72 same time as the BBR re-release? Be interesting to know if there is anything else on the label?

This is interesting too as it threw up a suggestion that the Sac Soul City (2nd release) was a styrene issue of poor quality - which definitely isn't the case with all copies of it:
