This will be a thrill a moment. One true professional great. I saw him earlier this year and he was fabulous. So, to sing his NS classics will be indeed special. If 'Tell me (crying over you)' gets a performance, even better for Spyder, as that earns him a royalty from the PRS here in the UK. To add to the above, it was actually Soul Source that flagged up the film for me back in January. If you've got time, I wrote a blog about the film after I saw it on Friday. Up date from George's friend Richard Kuebler today....Sun 27th April 'Doctor Bob, George had lung cancer and esophageal cancer. He took the terminal news well and really did not suffer until the last two weeks.He actually passed on 21April. He had one heir,his son , George,Jr,whom is called " Petey"-a nickname his father gave him. The funeral was really wonderful. Eulogy given by Jerry Mannery,co-founder if MS Mass Choir.It was fabulously uplifting. More to follow. RK'

With the amount of threads already pitched on this 45 - one would think soul junction was the 4th emergency service or some sort of organisation to assist people in despair. Soul Junction - ah a soul music samaritan who's inhabitants are identical and members are unchanged. Not a bad thing then - good luck with this better release offering.

One of the true greats. Soul music as it should be.
