Was it a `Black` cab you lost em in or minicab? Reason i ask is i drive a Black cab and might be able to help and point you in the right direction of getting them back.Also did you engage in conversation with driver about sport/Music/politics/life etc,this mighthelp in trying to locate/trace driver. This is everyone`s worst nightmare.

It used to be a £600 record about 5/6 years ago Russ but like a lot of 7"s have jumped up now there`s a buzz. I got put off playing this ages ago cos a dealer who i used to buy off told me the intro sounded like showaddywaddy and since that day i can`t play it no more without thinking of that .. I won`t sell it in case i regret it

it`s the A-side: Shake +rock till the police knock,title sounds pants but it`s not bad if your into 80`s mid-tempo soul/Boogie.

Yea we all had a ball,was lower on numbers compared to April one but a few of our regulars could`t make it for various reasons.Good news was we had a few new faces turn up and they seem to enjoy them selves. Actually there`s a few 80`s thrown in amongst that lot . It was mainly 70`s so back to my usual self but at least i can change styles when ever .Keeps everyone on there toes eh?

Well one of em seems to have ended up in my record box . Think i got mine for around a tenner years ago off a mate...Always like Jesse`s voice,can do no wrong in my eyes. Think it will sound great on the radio Steve,i`m afraid i`m gonna try and sneak off to record fair in the morning so will try and hear the podcast in the evening .

Not a easy record to find,took me a long while to find a copy,funny enough i played this out on Sunday at Filthy soul.Think £100-170 is a fair price when you think what `so called rare records` go for and there on ebay every other week .

That would explain why i have been stung on fees . Just been told that by one of the buyers,live and learn So basically what your trying to say is i should sell more records so i have funds in my paypal account .

Only way i know to avoid fees is buyer pays via the gift box???You do know if you do it via gift there`s still fees for buyer?Or is there another way??Thought to help out buyers and keep price down would be easier if they post a cheque or bank transfer(no fees involved). I`ll take paypal if buyers don`t mind paying via gift

Original has a grey/heavy cardboard inside lp gatefold,re-issue would usually be white,and lighter paper,if i find it,will give you matrix no`s etc if you so desire?

The Pioneers on Ice wasn't a US release Wayne, just another UK issue after the Mercury 45 I wasn`t sure John,i remember my mate had 2 copies,i took his Mercury uk one and he kept the Ice one.I thought i remember the ice copy having no hole in centre so just presumed it`s was u.s.Was a long time ago so thx for clearing that up .
