  1. Thats an added bonus then. I have noticed you don't have to wait days for cash to show in bank now it goes in within a couple of hours which is very good. I've never transferred less than 50 and paid for fast transfer so there will be no refunds here.

thanks chaps I thought they were priced quite fairly still both here... listened again to marva taylor V's m.w.t express and the male and female interplay on vocals is only on the yellow one all female on the red. great little label is forte.
  4. i'v not done a sales list for a long time hopefully one or two here to interest people... paypal gift preferred method of payment but others accepted. lloyd hendricks "keep on moving / your cold heart" mala Ex 50GBP great gritty mid tempo and awesome deep soul flip pep brown "loving you is such a sweet thing / can you handle it" Lava vg+ 80GBP quite a few surface marks on this brilliant double sider but plays well precisions "if this is love / soon be gone" Drew vg+ 8GBP again light surface marks "soon be gone" is superb Ray Quarles "Its gonna be all over / ain't love good when it rains" Faces WD Ex 125GBP the first thing i found on the label and still probably the best thing i've heard on the label. Killer mid tempo. Roy Gee & Hitmakers "git up release yourself / I can't do it all" Hitmaker Ex 15GBP funky soul with a great deep flip you can hear at sirshambling T.H.E.M. "The time is now" Hawk Ex 15GBP great 2 step. Joey Gilmore "Do it to me one more time / somebody done took my baby" Phil La Soul Ex 35GBP 2 fantastic sides Herbie Hancock "Satisfied with love / lite me up" Columbia Ex 15GBP Great 2 step. Buddy McKnight "I've got to move / baby baby" Pine Hills Ex 175GBP Very rare double sider "i've got to move" just right fore the funky northern a great low budget sparse production full of power. Chosen Few "oh I wan't you baby / i'm alone" Faces M- 125GBP Just in but needs must so current in demand 45 up for grabs. Both sides superb Richard Marks "Innocent bystander" Free Spirit vg+ 500GBP Original version of the song made famous as the flip side of the bill wirght mid town release. This is very are and brilliant. Plays with very occasional and very light background noise. A very enjoyable copy. Bobby Barnes "times are bad / I shed a tear" Discovery Ex 75GBP similar bouncy and slightly funky bassline that suffering wrath has. This could possibly go down realy well if pushed ? the flip is top draw deep. Dynamic Adam "Forgive me / she's gone" Anla Ex 20GBP forgive me killer uptempo funky northern flip raw deep soul very good example. Hermon Hitson "She's a bad girl / show some sign" Minit vg+ 30GBP bad girl killer uptempo funky soul also done by others. Very light noise on intro then plays strong Billy Hambric "New your city baby / I just can't stand it" Soho Ex 20GBP great R&B style northern and deep flip Morris Jefferson "Its the last time around for me / one more time" Good Luck EX 15GBP 2 fantastic tracsk label says 1980 but these sound a bit earlier to me. Highly recomended. Fabulous Rhythm Makers "Mini afro twist / you gotta be doing it" Forte Ex 15GBP 2 instrumentals ona great label Gene Williams "What ever you do (do it good) / don't let your love fade away" Forte (red label version) Ex 30GBP Whatever killer pounding uptempo and don't let classic mid tempo on this label. Lee Harris "I'm gonna get your thing / don't let yiur love fade away" Forte Ex 30GBP same comments as above gene williams. This version of don't let edges it for me. Marva Taylor "Nothing i'd rather be than your weakness / hey you and you i've lived the life" Forte (red label) Ex 30GBP nothing is awesome mid tempo with male and female vocals interplaying. M.W.T Express "Nothing i'd rather be than your weakness / hey you and you i've lived the life" Forte (yellow label) Ex 30GBP same record as above red label but this sounds more polished. thanks for looking and there will be a few more added later this weekend......
  5. love the kalidrons track I never did manage to get one of those.....
  6. you have probably already found out its on lisa. nice title to play on your show.
  7. yes but you are way out with that valuation it also came out as a 45.
  8. keep up bob i've already posted a link to this
  9. Dylan replied to a post in a topic in All About the SOUL
that looks like a great venue.
  10. yes but sadly its not a great version.
  11. nev black exitocs label scan https://www.popsike.c...0212384736.html so same. but i'm now also starting too wonder about mixed feelings myself ? jason has it up in his united discog and i've never looked into it any more than that. https://www.carolinasoul.org/south.htm i'm sure he would be able to clarify though. it is well documented that mixed feelings are from carolinas so i find it to many coincidences for it to be a diofferent united label.
  12. may haver been recorded earlier and not put out till 75 ? its 100% same label as black exotics and mixed feelings and not same label as cl blast.
  13. yes once the cat is out of the bag all hope of cheap copies is gone.... time to move onto looking for something else. was this frist brought to the attention of soul collectors by Jason ? he put me onto the label in a big way.
  14. do they pop up regulary as I never see them. took me ages to get my fist copy........ and the eddie parker is fantastic one of the very best records around.
  15. i've searched for a few deep ad slow items on the label myself. Found a mint linzy washington but the others evaded me. all are very very hard to find. first time i've seen this particualr release on open market.
  16. that linden hill seems very cheap to me. I rate it quite a bit higher price wise. truly fantastic record and pretty tricky to find.
  17. Buddy Mcknight "I've got to move / baby baby" Pine Hills Ex rare record doesn't show up for sale very often. the first copy I had clocked up a lot of airmiles and changed hands between 3 or 4 people. this is my second copy. "i've got" is gritty ghetto soul with a sparse production just right for today. "baby" is mroe trad northern sound and equally good. 200GBP including shipping paypal by gift preferred method of payment by pm please if interested regards, dylan
  18. and a very appropiate name for the genre. nice use of the word beaver
  19. those shoes deserve some much better pics but would be a bargain for somebody if they are in excellent condition. a very nice shoe.
  20. something to do with which search engine you are using ?
  21. its at the top end of what I would want to pay but its certainly not a ridiculous price. hardly ever see this for sale on open market. I noticed he has another rare turbo LP up as well but I don't know the other one.
  22. that would be me then. I did stick a cheeky 80 dollar bid on something last week but it sold for 3700 dollars I had no idea it would go for so much.
  23. I got one of those for between 50 and 100 dollars. it had an edge warp which I stupidly tried to repair but ended up trashing the record so it went in the bin........... there is no way i'd be splashing nearly 1k on this 45 can't some people find decent records cheap any more its not that hard to do is it ??
  24. its as instantly catchy as any record i've heard. I can fully understand why this was massive right from the off when those DJs who go copies started playing it.
