Joey Delorenzo - Wake Up
It certainly sounds like a tailor made record. its a speeded up andy fisher "my heart is beating stronger" i've got no evidence to suport this theory but theres nothing like a good rumour.

Loretta Williams "baby Cakes" Jotis W/d Ex++ Inc Sound Clip
at least I got it back for a good price so there was no harm done. It was a 45 I picked up before I realy started getting into deep soul so I boguht and sold it for the northern side. I then heard the deep side and thought oh god i've sold that

that chain of fools is less crackly than the copy you will be getting back on my CD so you won't need to upload my copy. so far thats the only track i've received on a CD that was already included on mine.

I Miss Northernsoul
eddie parker "i'm gone" if you had to explain northern to somebody that track sums it up perefctly IMO. also frankie beverly "if thats what you wanted" what a great intro.

Sweet Deep & Group Ballad Cd Swap
sneaked on a couple of mid to uptempo tracks in my selection. only managed to work through Mikes so far as it arrived first great selection. Plenty of tracks I didn't previously know. somewhere in the middle was a cracking female track with piano backing. Lightened the mood well after a heavy blues / guitar influenced portion.

Sweet Deep & Group Ballad Cd Swap
stuff thats not in ref-o-soul sounds a great idea in theory but in practice I think it would be a nightmare. Time available to compile the CD is the biggest issue i'd have with this suggestion. I don't mind hearing things that are well known mixed in with the lesser known things. It might remind me just how good certain tracks actually are after hearing them again for the first time in a while. just as a test I'll run through the mp3s i've recorded so far and see just how mnay are on ref-o-soul. It might be quite embarrasing
