Buyer has paid for return postage - been scammed myself numerous times - by people who promise if you refund they will return , and not leave negative blah blah - guess what - most of em then proceed to 1. not return 45. 2. If they do - leave negs 3. Check his / her feedback left for others and see if there is a pattern of INAD cases - If so report to Ebay via report buyer link - if they don't know - they cannot act ...
