Only place I ever had the opportunity to spin ' Anyone Can Tell ' was @ The Greatstone years back - knew it would be appreciated there ..not sure I ' ve been to many Northern venues that appreciated this side over the well known ' Please Give Me One More Chance'. Incidentally the album is rocketing in value - regularly spotted at £20 until last 12 months or so now seems to be £50 / 70 who knows....

One old Blackbeat mag has me reviewing the in - demand Doc Peabody 45 back in early 80 's . Was discussing with Richard Searling a few months back. Had three copies @ that time - no takers over here , two went the way Far East to Japanese collectors..they always have been on the ball with knowledge and foresight eh .

Just thought it was a humorous insight into how some , Not all I stress American's view their British collectors. Won' t be doing a cross thread - stopped posting on USA forums quite sometime back ....

Not sure on your assumption that Craig Moerer is left with stocks he can't shift. He averages 2.500 feedback transactions per month on Ebay - check his completed listings - a healthy turn over most of us would be happy @ 10 % of . Plus he sells through Discogs, Music Stack and prob Gemm as well as his own website. Poor ? WTF do me a favour - Wish I could sell a tenth of what he shifts .....

Would not refund in MHO Pete - until 1. You are in possession of the record. 2. Buyer has paid for return postage - been scammed myself numerous times - by people who promise if you refund they will return , and not leave negative blah blah - guess what - most of em then proceed to 1. not return 45. 2. If they do - leave negs 3. Check his / her feedback left for others and see if there is a pattern of INAD cases - If so report to Ebay via report buyer link - if they don't know - they cannot act ... Only speaking from personal experiences Pete ..... Unfortunately , there are some unscrupulous characters in the vinyl world . 99% are fine , but the shitty 1% cause headaches galore.
