A Great Night of Tamla Motown and Soul with a good helping of The Sounds of Philadelphia, plus other great Soul ingredients. With a great hint of Northern. All of which gives a full dance floor at a great venue - Upstairs at The BASE in Carlisle, (where Buskers used to be). With an easy price on the door and easy bar prices and great music it makes for a venue that will encourage an early visit, stay all night, dance, be social without breaking the bank. All being great it will hopefully to be the first of others throughout the year to give you and me somewhere for a memorable night like we use to have in our great Border City of Carlisle and surrounding areas. There aren't many (if any) places for us (more mature) citizens to go! Support it! Superb local DJs.
