Everything Is Fine Northern Soul

A new, monthly Northern Soul night in Ipswich featuring quality guest DJs from far and wide, playing at The Rep, a beautiful wooden-floored venue in the town centre.

For our first event, we're excited to have the following champions on board as Special Guest DJs:

- SARAH JANE (100 Club, London / New Century Soul Club, Bury)
A connoisseur, not only on the decks, but also on the dancefloor, Sarah Jane is known and loved by many on the northern soul scene for her impeccable taste and faultless tune selections. Despite her tender years, the fact that Sarah Jane has already played at the legendary 6Ts all-nighter at the 100 Club in London should tell you all you need to know.

- DEREK SMILEY (Sunny Hunny Soul Weekend, Hunstanton)
The man, the myth, the legend. Derek is Smiley by name and smiley by nature but, make no mistake, this guy is a genuinely brilliant DJ. His sets are always top notch and it's a real pleasure to have him join us at Everything Is Fine.

- ANDREA & RICHARD (The State We're In, London)
Another class act and regular guests at soul nights across the capital, Andrea Butcher & Richard Corbyn know how to get people on the dancefloor. Their own club night, 'The State We're In', is always packed and never less than superb. The fact that Richard is also an Ipswich boy is the icing on the cake.

"Everything Is Fine..." is hosted by resident DJ Declan Allen and friends. We aim to put on a night where northern soul fans can come along and enjoy themselves, safe in the knowledge that the music will be worth it.
