Cant say to much about our Julys do as I was away,but by all accounts it was another great night..So here we are in August and our night of rhythm and soul  hosted by top local lads the"STAFF SOULSPINNERS"with our resident DJ the one and only ROGER BANKS,fancy buying some vinyl? Roger will be on hand with his vinyl store as well as duin a couple of sessions.Its been a great year up at the Staff so far so thankyou all for supporting us each month.Anyway Saturday 26th up the Staff,Free entry,friendly atmosphere and great music oh and "mams cobs"..see ya.

The soul scene is amazing and gives us so much joy . We feel ,see and share the passion you bring when we put on our events . We would like with your help to be able to dedicate a couple of events each year that can be used by us all to give something back to society and hopefully make someone's struggle a little easier. That is why we are putting these on to give hope share the love and also to be able to keep one of the best dancefloors in the south west alive with Soul Music..  
 
This event is to  be held at Cinderford Miners Hall , Wesley Road , Cinderford , GL14 2JN which has one of the very best dance floors in the South West.
Top quality sound system.
Reasonable  Bar , Plenty of parking at the rear of the club.
The Proceeds of this  event will go to various cancer charities.
There will also be a raffle with prizes.
We are hoping with the support of all you beautiful people out there that we are going to raise a nice bit of cash as we go along for these and other charities . We cant do this without you...
We would also like suggestions of other charities to support in future events to be held at Cinderford.

We can Confirm we shall be holding Soul Nights at Grimsargh Village Hall. 
Our Guests will be Chris Barr from Preston. We'll known on Soul Scene. A great DJ from local area.

You may have 'heard it through the grapevine' that I have set up this free members club for dancers who love their Soul Motown, Popular Northern Tunes plus, 50's, 60's, & 70's Disco.
Video music played on a large projector screen.
All dancers are welcome from Rock 'n' Roll, Modern Jive, Ceroc or just dancing around your handbags.
A membership is not necessary however,  the idea of becoming a member is that you can be involved in choosing the music from a video playlist, and the activities.

Through 2023 we are staging some special night of 60’s sounds covering great floor fillers being played. With hard to find top Mod dancers, Tamla Motown classics, popular soul and Northern soul sounds of the 60’s none stop all night. We promise you a night of fantastic 60’s music at a venue that is well known for quality nights of vinyl spinning and originality. Being involved in the holding vinyl only nights at this club and across Leyland and surrounding area for many years to which we are proud to be major contributing part of this reputation and
the RAFA Club. A professional sound system with brands such as Mackie, Denon, Stanton etc simply enhances this superb venue. There is only one thing more you could ask for, free entry. Guess what, it is FREE admission but please note, there's no compromise to the quality. Our last Mod and Soul night in March was close to a full house and the feedback from the attendees was "Loved it!"

With this in mind, we are proud to announce our new night in central Manchester, located in The Northern Quarter (Stevenson Square). Our previous promotions in Wigan (Under the Wigan [Not So Young] Souls brand) and the surrounding areas have been incredibly successful but we have struggled to get a late-night licence. So moving forward, it makes sense for us to be located in the heart of Manchester (Soul-City!) and bring to you a night of up-front Soul soul music, played on original 1st issue vinyl. 
This venue, makes our events more accessible via the many transport links into Manchester and we hope that you can support us to make something really special here.
