With summer almost spent time to announce the last of Last Friday Dugouts after 7 years. Time for a change so we're departing Fridays with a bit of a bang. Imminent Groom & Best Man guest DJs, Paul Hurst (Green Onions) and Shaun Arnold (Walls of Heartache) grace the decks for our last Pay Day fixture along with resident Rich Walker. We're not moving far; last Saturdays are calling.
The usual lively mix of soul, funk and R&B from the 60s and 70s, classic and Norther soul floor fillers from passionate players. Dance music for free!
To honour the queen of soul's passing and funeral this Friday we'll be celebrating Aretha's music upbeat the first few hours of this last Last Friday Dugout from 9am.
Mascara's friendly atmosphere welcomes all comers, early birds who appreciate space, and late finishers alike. Quality venue, quality sound system, wooden dancefloor and pub prices. Free entry too. 9-3am
