May 8, 200916 yr How much is this track going for? Is it a 45 only or was it an album track? The Georgie Fame version is the best. Bobby WOmack original is good but Mr Fames is so much better

May 8, 200916 yr The Georgie Fame version came out as a 45 on Island Records in the UK. So did the original version by Bobby Womack on United Artists. I have copies of both for sale if anyone is interested.

He was also the person who tipped me about "Lady Day and John Coltrane" Gil Scott-Heron around the same time.
