visiting the city that never sleeps, in a couple of weeks. anyone got any suggestions (in a soulful sense), of where to go, i'm going to a soul night at Rififi, 332 East 11th st, they play 60's rare soul??. i've got a few addresses for second hand runmmage shops (will be long dry, but you never know) and a few vintage record shops (stuff listed, vibrations, major lance etc again worth a butchers). i know no ones gonna give tasty addresses for picking up quality vinyl, but while my young ladys gonna be in clothes world, i might as well be soul heaven. i found an address of the motown gift shop in tribeca, christ knows what they will sell there, anyway any suggestions welcome.

Robert Hart, 2033 Arkona Court, Niskayuna, NY 12309 (not sure if he has a shop or private address but I've bought stuff from him on eBay) Might be worth trying to call him when your there.
