It's the UK Stateside issue that goes for over £200 as far as I know. As for the demo - well, I've known that to sell for nearly £500.

I paid £99.03 plus postage for mine off ebay last month. The seller graded it at VG to VG+ but apart from some sticker residue on the label I would grade it at Ex

Yes I am just chuffing, no it is not for sale.
