There is a white label 45 that was available several years ago (of dubious origin!) as the flip to a Marvin Gaye unreleased tune of which the title escapes me at the moment! I have a copy sitting in my box.

I think the other side may have been Lonely Lover - on one of the half-dozen or so white label Motown 45s that came out from around the early 90s.

Yes, an updated mix I'm afraid.

The white label copy I have is the original cut without being messed around with a modern mixing machine. Still collectable on the UK 1986 release though.

No album, as I said earlier 'Lonely Lover' is an unissued track.

can't help thinking they missed a trick, seem to remember a lot of excitement in the general popworld over the original when it was found,

then to issue an alternative mix, with a worse one on t'other side..............
