The other night I was going through a load of old dvd's and found one called "Incredibly Strange Films presents Tripe X Trailers' so I thought this might be a laugh, anyway I put it on and this music came on and I thought, that sounds familar, turns out it was The Right Kind by The Jaybirds (UK Sue) but with a male vocal! I didn't know one existed, does anyone know who it is and on what label?

Definitely - as listings give both sides of the Sue single as UK productions, and they sound that way as well...

Great record Pete 2 or 3 playing it now is it on Sue records I can't find anything about a vocal just the one with somebody help me number 4013 a must have.

the track Pete mentions is just a short cut of the vocal version. The full 2+ min version is unissued as far as I know.

The Lp just list the artist as The Jaybirds - The Right Kind

Didn't realise it was on this Lp either. Well found. Always felt it was simply the Jaybirds.
