storm £809 (definite)

Price for Storm seems very reasonable. was watching one on ebay made something like $3k.

Storm is heading to chelmsford for a little over 800. it should sound good next weekend at You Know You Got Soul!

Trace of Smoke finished around 1300 i think.

Has anybody still got any Soul Bowl lists from the early eighties with the prices for Storm, Timeless Legend etc. I know I never paid much more than a tenner for anything then, usually a lot less. Looking at Storm etc on JMs auction it's seriously tempting to have a clearout. Beats building society interest rates a bit. Huge profit or sentimental value - tough call.

$3000?! Really? There were two copies on ebay earlier this year (could have been more, but I saw two anyway), the first one went for a few hundred $'s (not a mint copy though, but still cheap it seems) and then only a week or two later a clean one went for $1500 and something (around £800). Great record, I would like to buy one, but perhaps not for £800.

the clean copy was indeed $1500 (i won it), but the seller was auctioning it for some complete dickhead who apparently couldnt 'find' it after the auction finished so i ended up with nothing

It's not the same tune as the General Johnson cheapie "Can't Nobody Love Me Like You Do" on Arista is it ?

There's only a couple of copies left in the US, the others (don't know how many) went to Sweden(?))

The sort of tune that might get a release on 'Grapevine' in the near future?
