Sorry if this is in the wrong forum ...

Been trying to get into PayPal for a couple of hours

Can't sign in and keep getting error messages

Tried the PayPal website and also a link via an eBay purchase - nothing works no.gif

Anyone else having problems or is it just me???

Cheers

Richard

I'm still having problems.

However, I see I have an issue with Norton Internet Security. When I run live update (it says it needs fixing) it says the updated have been completed OK. However, the 'at risk' red and white cross stays in the tray icon and it still says the problems have not been fixed.

I think this might be causing the problems with PayPal as it seems to be affecting other sites where a password is needed - including soul-source as I can't stay signed in.

Strangely this is a problem when using Google Chrome as my browser - but it doesn't seem to affect Internet Explorer.

I have done all the usual computer health checks and have emailed Symantec about my Norton.

Cheers

Sorted it yes.gif

The clock on my computer was set to the wrong day (1 June) which must have been throwing Norton out of sync

Everything now working fine including PayPal log in thumbsup.gif
