Just a shout that I thought R Kelly's performance on Later with Jools Holland tonight was well worth watching and listening, check it on iplayer etc. if interested.

look forward to checking it out - be better than the dross thats on there now

I caught it the other night, on HD I think. He was good. Age has certainly added something to his performance.

I'm not prejudiced (i've got 'Up and Out Of here') but he wasn't exactly Wilson Pickett or a multitude of others for that matter

Pants. Dog over the road has a more soulful voice than that.

I thought the whole show worked really well except the portugeese singer loved that group from Devon brilliant and Adele (fantasic voice) really reminded me of Dusty in the sixties writes her own stuff to great lyrics

I loved R Kelly's performance,I think he's still got it he can bump & grind me anytime and Adele as such a soulful voice didn't think much of the others though.
