Don't know enough about ska tracks to help you (I do like many ska things including this tune though).

It's obviously by a similar outfit to the Ska-talites, but just who they are I can't tell you.

Lots of big ska fans on here though, so guess one of them will be able to tell you who it is & what the title is.
