I've never heard it tho...but all the other versions i've heard (ronnie hawkins/dale hawkins/johnny rivers & John Lee Hooker) are too early & too bluesy

I couldn't tell from your reply if you actually like it or not? The only other version I know is the one you mention by Dale Hawkins. Wouldn't mind hearing the John Lee Hooker is anyone has soundfile.

Frankly Martin I'd rather watch you gyrate naked on a pole while I'm strapped to a chair in the middle of a dancefloor at a Popcorn and RnB weekender with a drunken Rowly headlining than listen to that tune again.

I have a Leroy and Galahads too, but its a different label design. I'm sure someone told me it was the same label and that the design used on the Galahads was the earlier one.

If i get time later I'll put scan up of each.
