I am not to clued up on any scene down there, but theres someone I would like to visit in that area and while im there tie it in with a soul night.

 

So is there anything happening in Norwich soul wise around christmas.

nothing shows in the live search for norwich

but there's a chance they haven't put it in title or location?

I Had a quick look earlier, but couldnt spot anything? Maybe some one has some local knowledge on if theres anything happening and they are using a club name?

There's a group on facebook - 'Norwich Northern Soul & Motown Fan Club'. Couldn't see anything around Xmas time. The next event listed is the 30th November in Dereham.

BACKSTREET is the main club down there since 83..sadly not on at christmas as im up there every year visiting family

Seems a bit surprising that there isnt anything on, normally some one does a soul night around christmas times... I will check out the facebook page

theres also a bloke called martin runs the circularsound record shop puts nights on but not seen any adds yet

Mark Chamberlain ( Professor Turnups on here ) who promotes Backstreet in Norwich said on his Facebook page that there is an Xmas do on 27/12/13. It's all ticket so maybe contact him on here if you want to go.

Possibly a Modern/Northern Soul do at Farmer Browns in Tombland (City Centre) on Saturday 27th December. TBC

Definitely a classic oldies Northern Soul gig at the Kier Hardy Hall on the Friday 26th December 8-1am. Great little venue which usually turns in 100/125 people! (also City Centre)

Pm me nearer the time to confirm wots on in Norwich.

Your dates are a bit confusing. 27/12/13 is on Friday and 28/12/13 is on Saturday.
