I'd say about $70-ish (or 40 quid) on the Ba-Roz. There are two pressings, one as the Ra-Boz (incorrect name) and the Ba-Roz. Other than the name, the records are identical.

Otis Leavill around 20/25 on demo.

The Missing Linc 45 is quite rare. I sold my copy for about £150 a while back, although I paid more for it. Story of my bloody life.

Here's prices on the rest of the 45's-

 

1) Eddie Bo- excellent condition issue sold for 340 USD in January, 2014

2) Carl Lester- strong vg issue sold for 127 USD in January, 2014. A mint minus dj went for $163 USD in August, 2014

3) Rev. George Morton- mint minus issue sold for $27 USD in August.

George Morton should sell for more. Obviously, it's lost much of the value since being discovered in quantity but should still command a respectable price, say £50, in top condition.
