It would be a big mistake to sell for £75

A tune thats been big on the crossover scene for a while now, fairly tough to find, i have seen more demos than issues, not sure of current price but would snap your hand off at £75.

There are 100s of them about….it's not a rare record. But once again demand outstrips supply so the price goes up.   

Sold mine (Demo) for £250 couple of years ago, my mate sold his (Demo) a couple of weeks ago for £300, so it would seem demand has not abated, agree with what Steve says though, they are out there, but demand still seems to be very high

reason they are hard to turn up is it is collected for the other side also, by funk collectors. not that rare but is elusive.
