Hi there

I've just picked up a very cheap copy of Ace Spectrum - Don't Send Nobody Else on Atlantic.

The label is slightly different to the version shown on Discogs, so I was wondering if anyone could let me know about the version that I have. Is it a boot do you think? It was super cheap so I'm not too fussed if it is!

My version is the one on the right.

Cheers
Jon

The second scan is a Canadian copy. "Manufactured and Distributed by WEA Music of Canada Ltd."

I did wonder that, but couldn't find any info anywhere. Thought it might have been booted for some odd reason.

Thanks for the info :)

Apart from the obvious fact that one is Canadian you are always going to get label variations with theses things - too much talk of books 'second issues' - just different pressings - the US pictured is pressed in by Speciality Products Corp, Olyphant, Pennsylvania - designated as 'SP' on the label - mine is a 'Plastic Products' out of Memphis i.e 'PL'

Their album "Inner Spectrum" that this track is lifted from is well worth checking out.

As are "Low Rent Rendzvous" and "Just Like In The Movies" their other Atlantic LPs

Cheers Paul

Always liked Canadian issues, generally better quality reproduction, well done care to share with us how you paid ?
