Guest Dani Herranz
THE INTREPIDS – TO MAKE YOU LOVE ME – NITE BEAT EX+, 300 Pounds plust postage First local label before Cotillion, certainly known but called to be a classic IMO, upbeat stompppaaaaaaa, it goes great after Duke & Leonard on StompTown CHARLES FARREN – YOU´VE CHANGED MY WHOLE LIFE AROUND – HAWK EX+, 180 Pounds plus postage My kind of R&B (or name it Soul with balls who cares), in the vein of niter classics as Hayes Cotton or Betty Lou & Bobby Adams, but with not so much exposure (I recall this played at the Capitol Sould Club early 00s) GWEN DAVIS – MY MAN DON´T THINK I KNOW – SOUND STAGE 7 SOLD Vg++, 140 Pounds plus postage R&B allniter-classic-for-a-reason, that intro cannot be more iconic, yes you may see it around but it tends to fly in no more than 5 minutes….BE QUICK!
