Current Bootleg Trading (split from Soul Pack thread)

site note - this thread was split from the original topic in order to provide a suitable place to discuss current bootlegging seperate from the soul pack sales dispute topic

 

The compensation pack contained a John Wesley & a Sam Williams. Bill Bush,The Districts,Billy Woods(not even close to looking like an original)Valerie Simpson, Jeanie Tracy, etc. What do you know about these boots. I can't seem to find them on the internet for sale. I wonder how they are being dished, & for what purpose.

    Oh the irony of it all.  This is an Ian Levine production LOL, he recorded her on a whole album of remakes in 1999 for Marathon Media, the people who bootlegged it obviously ripped it off youtube thin

The moody Magnetics label on the ebay  link above looks a lot better than the one thats were "uncovered" a few months ago.

The seller also has the Billy Woods and a now there is a Gene Woodbury ( i didn't know about this, mine you I live under a rock LOL!)

I was thinking that myself because the wording for the arranger, producer and music publishing look in the right place whereas the ones shown when this kicked off ran off the label and the chain was also broken.
