No regular issue single, no. In bold, here are the five issue (non-promo) singles containing tracks from the Impressions' LP Times Have Changed (CRS 8012):

Curtom 1964  The Impressions ‎– Inner City Blues (Makes Me Wanna Holler) / We Must Be In Love

Curtom 1970  The Impressions - This Love's For Real / Times Have Changed

Curtom 1973  The Impressions - I Need To Belong To Someone / Love Me

Buddah 2011-124 (UK issue only)  The Impressions - Our Love Goes On And On  / This Loves For Real (sic)

Curtom 1994  The Impressions -  If It's In You To Do Wrong / Times Have Changed

Curtom/Buddah did issue promotional EPs in 1972 (i.e. for Superfly), but I have not seen proof that Times Have Changed was excerpted in such a manner. On the latter issue, I would not mind being corrected.
