not many flips came out as USA white demo's which is a shame, lots of other countries did them though as Dave says 

Isn't there also a double sided purple demo of Time as well as the white demo ?.

Yes mine is a USA double 'Time' demo, i was glad because I nearly sold my issue copy and would have lost ownership of a copy with  'Running back and forth'.

I have never seen a W/demo of 'Running' that would be nice - if it exists...
