    great idea Mike....travelling in these arctic conditions  is difficult..so updates are essential

     

    I’ve driven from Dartford to the Wirral (not far from Prestatyn) and back down again. The roads, M25,M1, M6, M56 are all clear at minute.   The East is badly hit so could be problems going over the Pennines and the roads out of Sctoland are fcuked. Prestaty is due to get this storm Emma or whatever her name is tonight so could be tricky over there late afternoon, teatime.
