Different version of Baby love - played by Dave Evison last hour, or the dreaded Russ. Pretty awful as I recall, and I blotted THAT out from the memory banks....

Happy Cats was played for a maximum of 3 weeks...never really big. When I did the Grapevine article for Record Collector I asked John Anderson why the put certain records out and the answer was simply that they had the rights to them...like why put out Stanley Woodruff 2 years after it was big, that sort of thing, and why waste plastic on the likes of the Happy Cats? Though the other side was quite good "Destroy that boy"

bought a us original of this last year on Omack...well i had do didnt i as it was a wigan sound and it was err played at wigan

got it on a live tape from wigan from 78..

would take a brave dj to play this again wouldnt it ?
