Hi all looking for advise I recently ordered a $600 record of discogs went on tracking said it was delivered but never received I went to the post office a few times at which point they told me it's lost do I chase the seller for refund 

 Claim from post office if delivery was

No it's ireland and only cover up to $200

Ask to see signing from delivery claim off your post office 

I had a signed for go missing and PO site said delivered to my address,

However thanks to modern technology it's somehow recorded using GPS[?] so PO were able to check postcode which turned out not to be mine and were able to retrieve it.

If Ireland uses same system you may be able to prove you did not sign for it or receive it.

Got word from the post office today the post man left it in my door way so someone probably walked off with it but I can only claim off the post office for up to $200 so that leaves me $400 out of pocket 

How did you pay? If Paypal, make a claim through them for the full amount.

Paypal won't pay out if tracked, Post Office will have to pay if Postie left it in wrong doorway and his/ her machine will have recorded it as left (GPS)

I wonder how long before this new 3 word post is used rather than post codes it will solve all this
